I have come to realize with a lot of these movies that fall under the Christian category, are so far from being Christian. I have a similar testimony was molested at a young age have adhd do to birth. Struggle with suicide, depression, anxiety, self image. It’s really a challenge but God can deliver you because he did it for me he allowed me to go through everything so I can run to him and seek him above all things. We as believers and especially black girls it’s challenging I’m so glad I have a little community here ❤🥹

Girll this was relatable like wowww. I first want ot say thank you for sharing this. I am a young adult and struggle with self esteem and confidence and part of it is due to ADHD (i totally understood the whole black ppl and mental health thing lawwdd. I got diagnosed late). I had structure in my life and have a super blessed life. I struggle with lustful thoughts and masturbation. I have told my parents about it but they do not really know how hard i still struggle with it. I havent been able to tell other believers because i still feel scared to share it. I know the benefits of telling other believers but i still havent. I pray one day I can but if you see this please continue to pray for me and the others that have similar struggles.
